“太湖1号”青虾
“太湖1号”青虾是由中国水产科学研究院淡水渔业研究中心历经8年攻关，利用杂交、回交、自交，选育出的优良品种，该品种在同等养殖条件下，比太湖青虾生长速度提高30％以上，单位产量提高25％左右。2009年1月，通过全国水产原良种审定委员会的审定，是我国审定通过的第一个淡水虾蟹类新品种。

河蟹
中华绒螯蟹又称河蟹、大闸蟹或螃蟹，味道鲜美，营养丰富，是中国传统的名贵水产品之一。在中国北起辽河南至珠江，漫长的海岸线上广泛分布，其中以长江水系产量最大，口感最鲜美。江苏省淡水水产研究所历经10 年，成功培育出中华绒螯蟹“长江1 号”获得农业部颁发的水产新品种证书，是我国审定通过的第一个淡水蟹类新品种，目前正在江苏省内进行大规模推广示范养殖。

黄颡鱼
黄颡鱼，鲇形目，鲿科，黄颡鱼属。又名黄腊丁、嘎牙子、黄鳍鱼、黄刺骨，广布于中国东部各太平洋水系。在静水或缓流的浅滩生活，昼伏夜出。体长123-143mm，杂食，主食底栖无脊椎动物，食物多为小鱼、水生昆虫等小型水生动物。4-5月产卵，亲鱼有掘坑筑巢和保护后代的习性。在生殖时期，雄鱼有筑巢习性。

鳜鱼
鳜鱼又名桂花鱼、季花鱼等，是淡水鱼类中的名贵鱼类，肉质纯白细嫩，味道鲜美可口。广泛分布于江河、湖泊、水库中，喜欢栖息于清洁、透明度较好、有微流水的环境中。为典型的肉食性鱼类，喜食活饵料。70年代初，我国就开始了鳜鱼人工繁殖的研究，现已形成了人工繁殖、苗种培育和池塘养殖成鱼技术。主要养殖品种有翘嘴鳜、大眼鳜、斑鳜等，其中以翘嘴鳜养殖最为普遍，养殖效果较好。
